Membership

Membership in the DLPOA is capped at 800 members. We currently have no open spots. A waitlist has been generated with inherited memberships at the front of the line. Please email us to join the waitlist.

To fill out an application, please go to the home page and click get started. You will need to submit the following information:

• Grant Deed
• Marriage/domestic partnership certificate
• Copy of the beneficiaries' list if the property is in a trust/LLC

Once an application has been submitted, you have up to 30 days to pay the fees. After 30 days, your application will be denied.

If the membership team requests more documents from you, please upload the missing documents within 5 business days. After 5 business days, your application will be denied. If you need more time to procure the documents, please contact us at the email below.
